But i played it on the anerversy colection and i could hurt both of them

I didn't mind being able to hurt only one of them, even then, they weren't that hard.

atcualy it was supposto be consilations that the bosses were based off of toros=toros fire,gemini=gemini spark and so on

Well, "Gemini" means "the twins", so in either case it works.
